This study, using a comparative approach, examines the protection of women victims of violence in the two penal systems of Iran and England. The main question is what are the fundamental similarities and differences in criminalization, punishments, and protection of victims in these two systems? The findings show that England, relying on the principle of "consent" as the central element of sexual crimes, has designed a coherent structure based on the protection of individuals' sexual autonomy. In contrast, the Iranian penal system, with a morality-oriented approach, has made "public chastity" the main goal of criminal protection. The most important differences are observed in the degree of flexibility of punishments, mechanisms for compensation for moral damage, and the role of the victim's consent in the commission of the crime. Also, England has foreseen a system of state compensation for victims of violence, while the Iranian system focuses more on penal punishments. This research was conducted using an analytical-comparative method and using library resources. خشونت علیه زنان به عنوان یکی از نگرانی‌های اساسی جامعه بین‌المللی، همواره مورد توجه نظام‌های حقوقی مختلف بوده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد تطبیقی به بررسی نحوه حمایت از زنان خشونت‌دیده در دو نظام کیفری ایران و انگلستان می‌پردازد. پرسش اصلی آن است که شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های اساسی در جرم‌انگاری، مجازات‌ها و حمایت از بزه‌دیدگان در این دو نظام چیست؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد انگلستان با اتکا به اصل «رضایت» به عنوان عنصر محوری جرایم جنسی، ساختاری منسجم و مبتنی بر حمایت از استقلال جنسی افراد طراحی کرده است. در مقابل، نظام کیفری ایران با رویکردی اخلاق‌محور، «عفاف عمومی» را هدف اصلی حمایت کیفری قرار داده است. مهم‌ترین تفاوت‌ها در میزان انعطاف‌پذیری مجازات‌ها، سازوکارهای جبران خسارت معنوی، و نقش رضایت بزه‌دیده در تحقق جرم مشاهده می‌شود. همچنین، انگلستان نظام جبران خسارت دولتی برای بزه‌دیدگان خشونت را پیش‌بینی کرده، در حالی که نظام ایران بیشتر بر مجازات‌های تعزیری متمرکز است. این پژوهش به روش تحلیلی-تطبیقی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. https://ijlpsir.ir/downloadfilepdf/42313
